Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop customized solutions for B2B clients in energy and technology sectors
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/industrial products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for expanding client base
