Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored solutions to B2B clients
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales techniques
- Report on key performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record in remote team environments
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 9 PM - 6 AM CST
