As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about connecting with people and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and presentations to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer outreach.
- Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Diligence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy schedule.
