Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and build rapport with potential clients to understand their specific needs.
- Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to secure agreements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle within Salesforce, from lead generation to contract renewal.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
