Your Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of ApexTech. You will identify potential clients, qualify leads, and close deals over the phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Utilize the CRM system to accurately log calls, notes, and deal status.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and sales training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
  • Strong communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
