The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for our B2B clientele. From prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, your performance will directly impact the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients via phone and video.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target markets.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or Business Development (B2B preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
