Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting and cold calling in Austin's key commercial districts
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships with weekend-focused account management
- Present product demonstrations and close deals during Saturday/Sunday client appointments
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while documenting all activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in Austin's growing tech and healthcare sectors
- Represent company at weekend industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with documented achievement of 110%+ targets
- Proven ability to manage weekend schedules with consistent weekend availability
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle complex B2B sales cycles
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and time management excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
