Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis calls with prospective clients to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Drive revenue growth by effectively handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot to track pipeline progress.
- Follow-up: Nurture leads through the sales funnel to ensure no opportunity is lost.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
