Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Generate new business through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs analysis calls to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management regarding activity and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
