Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the San Diego market.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and customers.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals on-site or via video.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
