Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Presentation: Demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients and articulate the value proposition clearly.
- Needs Analysis: Listen to client needs and identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
- Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Follow-Up: Execute effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value attitude and coachability over history.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work a standard full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software quickly.
