Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative customer engagement and product expertise
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain client relationships through CRM management
- Collaborate with merchandising team to optimize product displays
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend reporting
- Participate in weekend/holiday retail operations as needed
- Maintain brand standards across all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B/B2C sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Valid driver's license for regional travel requirements
