Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads in the Charlotte, NC and Virginia markets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Present company solutions to potential clients, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Track all interactions accurately in the CRM system and update prospect data in real-time.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic will be considered).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Strong desire to earn a high income through a Base Salary + Bonus structure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to local team events or client meetings.
