Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads in the Charlotte, NC and Virginia markets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Present company solutions to potential clients, overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Track all interactions accurately in the CRM system and update prospect data in real-time.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas consistently.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic will be considered).
