Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage potential leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update accurate records in Salesforce/CRM regarding prospect interactions and deal status.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales over the phone or video conferencing.
- Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with extensive experience is also acceptable.
