Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct high-volume product demonstrations and sales presentations via phone and video.
- Navigate complex sales cycles to close deals and exceed monthly quotas.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Inside Sales or B2B sales (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for commission-based earnings.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
