Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Update and manage customer data accurately in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve financial goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection constructively.
