Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct needs assessments to determine product-market fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data hygiene.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Conduct product demos and schedule product trials for qualified prospects.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPI targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation (relocation assistance available for top talent).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a major plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a resilient, positive attitude.
