Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage a high volume of leads using Salesforce CRM to track progress and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quota requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Prepare accurate contracts, proposals, and invoices for client approval.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
