Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and manage inbound inquiries during the night shift.
- Identify and qualify leads, building rapport with potential customers to drive revenue.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update customer records, and forecast sales.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
