Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to meet specific customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for team events (if applicable).
