Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and qualify prospects through outbound and inbound communication.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to identify their needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales and meet monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback on product performance and market trends.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
