- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and upsell relevant products and services to meet individual and team revenue targets.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
