Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Build rapport with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
- Present our products/services and demonstrate value to potential customers.
- Close deals over the phone and manage the contract negotiation process.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and quotas.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
