Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-intent leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to articulate value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
