Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads, converting prospects into loyal customers through consultative selling techniques.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a night-shift environment.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Resolve client inquiries and objections professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or consultative sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (if applicable).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
