Responsibilities
- Execute targeted weekend sales outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) to qualified prospects
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to consultatively solve client challenges
- Manage full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead conversion strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Document all interactions in CRM system and provide weekly performance insights
- Participate in weekend team huddles to align on pipeline priorities and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record in weekend/hybrid shift environments with demonstrated productivity
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach/Gong)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or professional services industries preferred
