Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce/Sales Navigator).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of self-motivation and discipline to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Willingness and ability to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
