Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Present our products/services to potential customers and address inquiries.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
