As a vital part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to educate prospects on our industry-leading solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements while maintaining high margins.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality and a drive to exceed quotas.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for local networking events (minimal).
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
