Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations for prospective East Coast clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize deal value and win rates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outbound outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a night shift schedule (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, and a strong work ethic.
