Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce and other sales technologies
- Present product demonstrations and close deals exceeding monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Track sales metrics and provide actionable insights for process improvement
- Attend weekly training sessions to master new product features and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with B2B technology products
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM PST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand SaaS products
