As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting and relationship management. We value candidates who are hungry, coachable, and ready to build a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, effectively handling objections.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system (Salesforce or HubSpot) to track progress and pipeline health.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
