Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and develop new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final signature, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the Dallas market.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track progress and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Outside Sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.
- Track Record: A history of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
