Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads generated from digital marketing campaigns.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate pricing to secure closed-won deals.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data in Salesforce CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with the fulfillment team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated mindset with a hunger for commission-based income.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
