Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store to build relationships and understand their specific needs.
- Present products and services with enthusiasm, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Close sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Drive traffic to the store through effective communication and promotion of events.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and persuade.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
