Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to qualified leads via cold calling, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate our products and services to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outbound leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a "hunter" mentality.
