Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the local territory.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate value.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local territory coverage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
