Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update client records, and forecast pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to qualify leads and refine targeting strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
