Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
