Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively sell SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15%+ while maintaining 95%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track KPIs, and forecast revenue
- Participate in daily stand-ups and quarterly sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling techniques
- Experience with discovery calls and solution selling methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
