Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product demonstrations to C-level decision-makers
- Close 8-12 deals monthly while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic account plans
- Attend weekly product training sessions and sales strategy workshops
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years sales experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
