Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Exceed monthly revenue targets by 15-20% through consultative selling
- Master our SaaS product suite to present tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 95%+ accuracy
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly pipeline reviews
- Drive cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolio
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas ($500K+ annual revenue preferred)
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with C-level decision-makers
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret CRM data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
