Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Close 15-20 new business deals monthly
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets ($1M+ quota)
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and pipeline accuracy
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience in SaaS/tech
- Proven track record exceeding quota (120%+ preferred)
- Expertise in Salesforce and Outreach.io
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Spanish fluency required for Latin American markets
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work structure
