Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present company solutions to prospective clients and conduct needs analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to drive repeat business.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Track daily activity metrics and adhere to sales pipeline management protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telecommunications.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.
