Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling and email outreach.
- Conduct product presentations to prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls daily.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly Sales KPIs and quotas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
