- Customer Relations: Build rapport with new and existing clients, ensuring a premium customer experience during night operations.
- Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive retention and growth.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the day shift team to ensure seamless transitions and consistent service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and active listening.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable with a strong work history.
