Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and convert them into paying customers through consultative selling.
- Consult with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with the fulfillment and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet and consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift hours.
