Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the night shift.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check required.
