Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Conduct needs-based sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Manage customer relationships from the initial contact through the sales cycle to post-sale account management.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple leads effectively.
