Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and resolving inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for cross-selling and up-selling products.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
